2020, what a year.
We are a team of chefs and kitchen enthusiasts. So when lockdown started, we stocked up like most foodies do: lots of dry goods, shelf-stable items, fresh veggies when we could, and some proteins and sides. As others found solace in making home improvements or switching up their workout routines, our team members bought food processors, a sous-vide, and a new cast iron.
Extensive travelers, quarantine made us miss exploring new places and the flavors that accompany them. We found escape from our small apartments by getting creative in the kitchen and eventually, ‘nade was born.
